How To Manifest an Italian Vacation

law-of-attraction

Having spent many years working ridiculously long hours, I finally realised a couple of years ago how important it is to look after ourselves and take time out of the normal rush rush rush routine and spend time just relaxing.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! (and Jill a dull girl too…)

So, with that in mind, we’d booked some time off work and originally we planned to go camping.  Italy has been on my bucket list for several years, so when hubby and I refreshed our Vision Boards on New Year’s Eve, we both added pictures of Italy to our boards. However, having recently taken redundancy and started my new Brilliance Within Business Consultancy, we’d decided to keep holidays cheap and cheerful this year and definitely hadn’t considered a trip to Italy as an option for this year.

That was until the Law of Attraction worked it’s magic…

Out of the blue, a last minute deal popped up in my inbox, advertising a bargain deal for a trip to Tuscany in Italy, I couldn’t resist taking a peek. Wow – I couldn’t believe my eyes! So, with a very quick change of plan (2 days before the start of our holiday) and at very short notice, off we jetted to Pisa Airport, to begin our first Italian adventure.

It’s strange how the Law of Attraction works isn’t it? I absolutely believe that our Italian trip was a fabulous manifestation, as a result of the double vibrations we sent out to the Universe on New Year’s Eve. I’ve never been offered a 74% Discount on the cost of a villa before. It made it even cheaper than much smaller Spanish Villas, which would normally be a cheaper option. As much as I love camping, this was definitely too good an opportunity to miss!

The Villa is a traditional rustic Italian farmhouse, with it’s own pool and located up in the hills outside a fabulous Italian village called Vicopisano.

Magic was definitely in the air and if you haven’t done your own Vision Board yet – what are you waiting for!!!

You can read about how to create your Vision Board here: How to Create a Dream Vision Board

My hubby was once a Law of Attraction (LOA) sceptic, but having experienced the benefits of a new car and some great holidays, he’s definitely a LOA Convert now – it’s only taken me 20 years to convert him – I should’ve put that on my Vision Board… “Convert hubby to believe in the Law of Attraction” – Why didn’t I think of that earlier?

So, to get you in the holiday spirit and tempt you to create your own Vision Board, here’s a taste of the first day of our Italian Trip to Tuscany. What are you waiting for?

What do you think – was it worth it – £550 each including flights? It’s one ticked off my Bucket List that’s for sure – next stop ROME.

What are you going to put on your Vision Board… Dreams do come true!

Oh, how wonderful!!! I loved seeing your video. Did you have the pool to yourselves? Looks amazing and I’d be lying if I didn’t admit I’m a tad bit jealous. 😉 Good for YOU!! Thanks for sharing. <3

Thanks Karen and yep we had that pool all to ourselves and there were no other villas close by either. I have to admit it was absolutely lovely and the perfect way to relax after a busy few months. It was also a great location for visiting Pisa and Florence so when we could drag ourselves away from the pool, there were lots of places to visit. Sorry – I’m rubbing it in now so I’ll shut up! You can poke me in the eye… xx

Looks like you had an amazing time. Italy is one of my bucket list trips as well. I’ve been to Rome and that was amazing (a loa manifestation).
Thanks for reminding me how good things can be when you believe and focus x

Thanks so much for commenting. I’d love to hear about your ‘Rome’ manifestation and how that came about for you. Yes, believing it’s possible is definitely key. I’ve also noticed though that sometimes it’s the things I put on my Vision Board as a ‘may happen in the future’ and then let it go because it’s not something I expect to happen at the moment, are the ones that seem to appear. x

Thanks Brigid, I’m glad you enjoyed the video – I had a few chuckles adding in those effects! Lying by the pool up in the Tuscan hills was was the perfect place to re-read your great book on my new kindle (I sat on my original Kindle and broke the screen.. oops!) and marvel at all the things you’ve done!

It does work! I know it does. I’m proof of that – you know where I am now and you know when I started my vision board in earnest. I am so happy that you travelled to Tuscany and had such a gorgeous time. Let me know when you go to Rome …. I used to live there and I believe you can stay in my old apartment these days (it’s in a XVth Century Villa just outside the Ghetto 😊). So much love to you and IOU an email but am disgracefully behind!! Xxx

Oh indeed it does Osyth and yes – proof is all around us when we choose to notice it! Wow – yet another fabulous place you’ve lived and that villa sounds wonderful! I now need to update the Vision Board and be a bit more specific about Rome and then wait for the magic to unravel. Hey – no need to reply, I know exactly what it’s like to be ‘behind’ – I am too with lots of things at the moment. Apart from the fact we’ve just completely chilled out for a week!! I’m so glad you’re settling into your new journey and look forward to catching up on life through your blog very soon! xx

I worked there for nearly 2 years in the 80s – until I met my husband I assumed I would retire to Italy …. I loved it. But as that wise follower of mine remarked ‘somewheres are always trumped by someones’ and his heart was for France …. turned out she stole mine too though on my vision board is a road trip round Italy to show him why I love her so! Xx

It’s a lovely country from the little glimpse we had of it and the Italian people were all really friendly and so welcoming too. A road trip sounds wonderful – well unless you nearly get divorced over the map reading (that’s another story)! Yep – somewhere’s are definitely trumped by someone’s… once our hearts are connected that’s where home is. xx

          • June 29, 2018 / 1:36 am

Italy was trumped by Two Brains LOL!! If you Google Villa Beatrice Cenci Rome you will find my apartment on Trip Advisor and AirBnB (or to be accurate, a unit in the building but it looks mightily like mine!! That was a really good example of being open to the Universe. I had had everything go wrong but in fact everything was going right …. that’s how she works, no? Xx

Oh Wow – looks fab but the ‘trumping’ by Two Brains was definitely the most adventurous move and you’re absolutely right always the unexpected opportunities that appear out of the blue to knock our plans in a new direction – That’s how she works – YES!!!

Loved your video Wendy though Bryan was getting into that pool VERY gingerly so I gather the temperature wasn’t exactly tropical. 😏 Looks like you had a fab time, how wonderful to manifest the holiday of your dreams. Love it! Next on the board, perhapsHawaii?. 🌴✨🌈 xx

Aww – thanks Miri and you’re absolutely right, I had to edit out the bit of the video where he braved himself into the pool! It warmed up as the week went on and was fine once you got over the initial ‘breath taking’ moment! We did have a fab time and Aussie is already on my Vision Board – waiting for the right magical moment. I can’t wait – or Hawaii – I must add that on!!! xx

      • June 28, 2018 / 2:30 am

Absolutely! I’ve got the spare room ready for you and can’t wait to show you around!! Unless we make it to Hawaii first. 😊 xx
