How to use the power of your imagination to transform your future

How to use the power of your imagination to transform your future

In a recent email from Paul McKenna, he states:

“In the past, I have started each year with goals and ideas about what I wanted to achieve. I feel it’s good to have a direction in life, because if not, it’s a bit like setting off in a boat without a rudder – you could end up anywhere, so it’s a good idea to have a direction.

Not everyone knows what they truly want, but this video technique from my book The 3 Things That Will Change Your Destiny Today helps you use the amazing power of your imagination to give you a perspective on your life, so that you have a clear sense of what kind of future you would like to live.”

Only do this technique if you can safely relax completely, and don’t be too surprised by the delightful insights you get.

That was an amazing three minutes of inspiration and introspection Wendy. I looked back in fondness on my family that I love so much and am so proud of and I looked back on a life filled with my words and story telling music that I hope will stay with others long after I’ve gone. Thank you for the moments of inward reflection my friend. xo

Gosh, that was enlightening. I look back on a life where I am so thrilled with the success and contentment of my daughters and their children who spend much time with us, I look back on a life where I embraced real fitness often hiking or working hard in our garden all day and reaping the reward of a lightly aching body that I can fill with good nourishing food (and a glass of decent wine 😉 ) and I look back on a life where people have enjoyed the books I have written, have got their own value from them and where I am a household name as an author. Thank you Wendy – I really needed that today xx

Clearly meant for you then Osyth.. It’s such a simple exercise and yet as you say, quite enlightening. Yes, the importance of our families and health and then embracing who we are meant to be… “A household name as an author” – yep I see you!

For me, I looked back on life where I’ve spent wonderful times with my family, laughing with my sons and my grandchildren. I look back on the turning point in my life where I finally embraced being me and the opportunities this gave me to spread some inspiration to others through writing and running some wonderful retreats. My turning point was also the moment I allowed my body to heal and become healthy.

      Much love xxx
