How to Live The High Life or Will You Continue to Ponder?



“Errmmm ……….     I don’t really know”

This is a question I normally ask clients when they come to me for hypno coaching and this is also the response I get from many of those people.

Do YOU know what you want?

Or are you still pondering?



“I’m fed up and I know this isn’t how I want my life to be but I’m not sure what to do to improve it”
How long will you leave your life to chance rather than taking some time to plan it out?



It’s common for us to be clear about the things we don’t want in our life and we can use this information to gain clarity on what we do want. If like many of us, you feel there should be something more to life, but you’re not sure what that something is, try the FLIP IT technique.



Here’s How:
  • Leave me a comment asking for a copy of the Wheel of Life tool and I’ll email you a free download straight back.
  • Complete the Wheel of Life exercise (instructions included in the download)
  • The Wheel of Life covers each main area of your life e.g. finances, relationships, family, career etc. Once you’ve scored yourself on the different areas of your life, go through each section again and on a separate piece of paper, on the left hand side of the page, write a list of all the things that you don’t want in that area of your life and then on the right hand side of the page – flip it… and write the opposite of what you don’t want.

For example:


  • I don’t want to be in debt BECOMES  I want to have savings
  • I don’t want to worry about paying my bills BECOMES I want to feel good about paying my bills because I know I can
  • I don’t want to have to live in rented accommodation BECOMES I want to own my own home
  • I don’t want to buy cheap junk food BECOMES I want to buy healthy organic food
  • I don’t want to stay at home when I’m on annual leave BECOMES I want to travel to America, Australia, Spain etc. for my holidays

If you do this for each aspect of your life, you’ll end up with a clear and concise list of things that would enhance your life.

This list is the start point of setting some clear goals and developing your action plan, so that you can start taking action to achieve what you do want in your life.

Many of us never take the time to gain clarity on what we do want in our lives and so we’re left moaning that we’re fed up, without ever taking the action, that will help us to live the life we’d love to live.

  • Sadly, this results in an increasing number of people turning to alcohol and drugs, to give them a short lived high.
  • The HIGH is always short lived and I see clients, who then crash to the opposite LOW point in their lives.
It is possible to transform our lives, when we take a small amount of time to gain clarity and make some plans.
