Are You The Cause of Your Life or The Effect?

Are you experiencing the results you want in your life?

Whatever you think about is what you will experience.

If you want to improve your experiences, you need to be the CAUSE of what you experience.

We can change our experiences by making plans and starting to create our lives or we can simply let life present the experiences at our door – some may be good and some may be bad.  There’s a great saying I heard from Jim Rohn: “Stand guard at the door of your mind” – in other words, be careful what you allow in to your mind and monitor your thoughts, because what you think about, you will become!

Are you prepared to make plans, set goals and take action that will change your life for the better, or are you allowing fear to hold you back?

    I so love “new and different” that if I need to change any thoughts whatsoever to get there I do it yesterday. Great instant motivator!

      Yes – that’s very true Miriam.. It’s a bit like our 90 day change a habit challenge – we have to keep giving ourselves daily reminders of the reason why we want to change and what the reward will be if we do! Hope you’re enjoying a lovely weekend! xx

          Thanks Miri – I had a lovely weekend and a very busy Monday – cleaning out my Brilliance Within Hut ready for a hypnotherapy session on Wednesday. I discovered we had a bit of a woodlice infestation so everything had to be pulled out.. Anyway – very productive day and all lovely and tidy. I hope you’re week started well too. xx
