Following on from my previous post on How To Turn Failure into Success: https://wp.me/p8CFQe-5IF I thought I’d add a brief video, showing how I’m going to try a new strategy, to overcome the blocks and barriers that have pulled me back to old habits and prevented me from establishing my new exercise habit.
If you’re interested in joining the Brilliance Within 90 Day Habit Changing Challenge, leave me a comment and add your name and email address in the sign up box.

Hi Wendy, I’ve just finished watching your video. Well done on jumping straight back on the band wagon. What a great idea to split the challenge into two 45 day blocks. Congratulations lovely lady, you’re a shining example of perseverance and determination. xo

Good morning Wendy. I watched your video while my eggs were boiling. Congratulations on getting back on course. I really noticed that your skin is looking great and looked back on some of your old posts to July. There is a big difference. Proof that exercise has far reaching effects. 😊

Thanks so much Brigid – I really appreciate your lovely comment!! Yes, I do feel much more energetic than I did a few months ago and I’m actually enjoying the commitment to exercising so I’m not sure why I drifted off course last week but I’m back on track thank goodness! xx
Maybe its to encourage others when they have setbacks 😊
