Wendy this was brilliant. I followed him the whole way and especially loved the part about receptivity. This has really inspired me to keep up with my meditation, a great way to start my Wednesday before I head off to work. Thank you my friend. Hope all’s well with you. xo

I found it really good too – such a quick and simple process and therefore no excuse for me not ‘having time’ to do it… I’m glad you enjoyed it too Miriam. Yep – all good this end – I met an old colleague for tea in the City this evening which was lovely.. although once again not good for the old ‘low carb diet’.. I have to get back on some serious ‘track’ with that as I’m ‘slipping’…. As of tomorrow I’m going to be rigid with myself and make sure I’m heading ‘down’ and not ‘up’ in the weight stakes! Some serious ‘hoola hooping’ required! How’s things you’re side of the world Miri? xx
Your catch up in the city sounds lovely Wendy. Happy hoola hooping! Will email you soon. xo
