Mindful Eating – Makes Perfect Sense To Me….

I came across this great advice from Eric at Make it Ultra today and can definitely recommend that you pop across to Eric’s blog for some brilliant inspiration about life generally.

This particular post resonated with me, because I spent far too many days/months/years, skipping meals or rushing to finish my meal, as quickly as I could, without even noticing the food, so I could continue working… Result = Diabetes.

I now follow Eric’s suggestions wherever possible each day, prioritising a healthier diet and taking time to enjoy preparing and eating healthier food and combined with my low carbohydrate diet, I’ve been successful in putting my diabetes into remission!

How we prioritise food in our lives, makes a massive difference to our health. Prioritise well….
