Truth Moment Monday!

Truth Moment Monday!

Sparky Jen always gives me some food for thought with her posts and this weeks ‘Truth Moment Monday’ post resonated perfectly with my Law Of Attraction post. Jen illustrates why sometimes we need to experience a ‘struggle’ in life, with a brilliant story about a butterfly… Well worth a read and pop across to Jen’s blog as her posts are always inspiring!

Wow! That butterfly story is such a strong analogy for life. To be treasured and brought out when I have moments (!) of impatience ….

Me too … I should perhaps write the story of my mother-in-law’s death and the butterfly. I think people would enjoy it … πŸ¦‹ xx

Wow – sounds amazing and I’ve got a magical story about a butterfly from childhood too.. I’ll write that up as a post too… It’ll have to wait though – we’re off camping xx

Brave! Camping ⛺️… I’m trying to convince myself that I love it because we have decided to do the most enormous hike when my husband retires as a line under his work days and it will mean sleeping in the wilderness on the ground in a tent. And possibly bears. More on that another time πŸ˜‰ Enjoy yourselves! Xx

I know – I had no idea that was the case with butterflies and it is a brilliant visual image to remind us that we are growing and developing new skills and learning lessons about ourselves through the struggles of life.. xxx

So well said my friend … now I just need to live it, because at the moment I feel like that flailing butterfly with its wings clipped. xo

Thanks for the reblog Wendy! Although I didn’t write this wonderful story myself, I so appreciate finding it, and being able to share it. Butterflies are such beautiful creatures. It probably isn’t the easiest entry into the world, but if you’ve ever watched them flit around, you hopefully realize that it was so worth the time it took them to emerge [naturally in their own way], from their cocoons!
