Xmas is a ‘Magical Season’ and a special time of year if you have children in your life.
I’m lucky to have my 2 gorgeous granddaughters living close by and as you’ll have seen throughout the year, I’ve been able to spend lots of magical moments with them..
They help me look at life through a different pair of glasses!
If you didn’t manage to look at the ‘visit to Santa’ video and you need cheering up or just fancy a smile today, take a few minutes to watch it.. It can’t fail to make you smile. We made the video on a trip to see Santa at The Trafford Centre and I certainly saw the shopping centre from a very different perspective.
We get so used to seeing things as we pass them regularly that we forget to notice the detail… and yet when you stop and look a bit closer, it can open up a whole new world.. On our trip to visit Santa, I saw things through my granddaughters eyes and my experience of visiting The Trafford Centre will never be the same again.. Of course, the ‘naked’ statues caused much amusement as you will see…
So How Can We Find Some Magic In Our Lives?
Sometimes we just need to slow down, take a good look and review our lives ‘from a different perspective’… It’s amazing what’s already in our lives that we just haven’t noticed before…
The same applies to our minds… we get so used to ‘thinking’ in the same way – our Habit Thoughts and often ‘think’ in ways that hold us back from living the life of our dreams and we repeat those same thought processes day in day out and then we’re surprised that nothing changes and our lives remain the same…

“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always had”

Once we recognise our ‘patterns of thinking’, it’s possible to change those patterns and in doing so, change how we think about ourselves and thus what we imagine we can achieve..
If you’re off over work over the Xmas Holidays, this is a great time to take some time to focus on YOU and take ‘stock’ of where you are and whether you are ‘happy’ in your life.
You’ve created your life so far even if you hadn’t realised it and so it’s possible to ‘consciously’ imagine how you would like your life to be and let the magic unfold as you start taking some ACTION to create your ‘new vision’.

I notice this is also retailing in the US for $45 dollars (for a larger bottle… couldn’t find the equivalent size.. sorry)… It does get 4.5 out of 5 in the 3000+ reviews though and it looks as though there are lots of other great lines in this range too, which I saw on the link…

Finding the magic. That is a tough one. No kids or grandkids obviously. I am trying to establish some routine, simple routine in my life and I think I will create a vision board for that and that will be goal. “I want my life to look like”… and I want to establish some traditions with my husbands… I will do another board for that. Hi Kim… You’re right, I’m lucky to have my granddaughters around so much as they do help me see the ‘magic’… I agree thought that creating traditions with your hubby is also important and can still be magical .. it’s all a question of perspective! I am a great believer in the power of Vision Boarding and although Pinterest is a good place to gather the pictures etc. together, I personally find it is more effective to print them out and arrange them onto a large piece of card with some positive words etc. and then place it where you can see it each day when you wake up in the morning…. To re-inspire you daily… Let me know how you get on… Enjoy creating it and DREAM BIG… x
