I was scrolling through some previous documents I’d saved on my laptop and came across this which I’d written a couple of years ago. As I recall, I’d come across a personal development exercise on the internet which suggested thinking about what colour you feel an affinity with and then describe how it represents you. I enjoyed just letting the words flow and now re-reading the words gives me a good feeling – why don’t you try it.
